Intellectual property & takedowns
Who owns published material, how to report issues, and what still needs to be customised for your jurisdiction.
Ownership
Published entries, imagery, typography, and editorial selections may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unless stated otherwise on the work itself, rights remain with the credited owner or the site operator as applicable.
Third-party material
The surface may include references or embeds. Third-party marks and content are property of their owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement unless explicitly stated.
Notices and takedowns
If you believe material on the public site infringes your rights, send a detailed notice. Include URLs, description of the work, basis of your claim, and good-faith contact details. We will review notices consistent with applicable law and internal policy.
Counter-notices and mistakes
If you are a publisher and believe a notice was submitted in error, explain the facts and provide evidence. Decisions may depend on legal review.
